Delivery Policy

  • In stock orders placed by 10 am will be despatched to Australian customers within 24 hours of receipt – Monday to Friday.
  • In Most cases orders for Australian customers will be shipped via Australian eparcel post
  • All orders for New Zealand customers will be shipped via Expeditors and New Zealand Post.
  • A Freight and Handling charge of will apply to each order.

The following guidelines apply to Australian deliveries from time of despatch from our Sydney based warehouse:

  • Within Sydney metro – 1 business day
  • To NSW country locations – 1-3 business days
  • To East coast capitals (incl. Adelaide) – 2 business days
  • To West coast capitals (incl. Perth) – 3 business days
  • To other state country locations – 4-6 business days
  • New Zealand deliveries from time of dispatch from our Sydney based warehouse take 5-10 business days

We endeavour to hold stock of all listed titles at our warehouse in Sydney and despatch within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We place orders with International publishers on a weekly basis and aim to always be in stock. It is generally only unpredictable or low volume titles that out of stock and they are marked "Allow 2-5 weeks for delivery." This happens as soon as a title goes out of stock, and that information is displayed prominently before you purchase the book.

We process orders for these titles in the sequence we receive them. Your book will be dispatched within 24 hours of it being received into our warehouse.

Occasionally we receive more orders for a title than we have stock . As we are usually either printing new stock or ordering more from the publisher so there may a delay in supplying your order until new stock arrives. We will notify you by email in those circumstances so you can decide if you would like to wait for or cancel your order. If a title was in stock when you ordered it and is then delayed, we will gladly refund your money and cancel the order.

  • All books are packed to ensure damage free arrival.
  • All orders for Australian customers will be shipped via Australian eparcel post, Australian Air Express or Direct Freight Express.
  • All orders for New Zealand customers will be shipped via Expeditors and New Zealand Post.
